Job summary

AX9 Security, Inc. is seeking part-time Event Security and Event Staff for the upcoming event season at Hallmark Christmas Experience in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on guest safety, customer service, and proactive incident response.

Responsibilities include patrolling, greeting guests, enforcing rules, and escalating issues to supervisors, with emphasis on professional conduct and teamwork. The position involves walking, stairs, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• A valid guard card is required for Event Security. Event Staff will not need this license.
• A positive and friendly attitude along with great customer service skills.
• Customer service experience required.
• Retail or greeter experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner.
• Ability to make independent and sound judgments regarding policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Candidates must pass background check.
