Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Staff for Tuxedo Dry Cleaning and Laundry in a warehouse setting in Bakersfield, CA. You will operate garment finishing equipment, sort cleaned items, and support maintenance and safety practices while maintaining attendance and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to learn picking tickets and RF scanning, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Overtime and Saturday shifts may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a Distribution Center and in all areas of tuxedo production.
• Ability to read and understand picking tickets.
• Ability to learn and use an RF Scanner.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be customer oriented and able to follow directions.
• Must be detail and deadline oriented.
• Must be able to work overtime during peak season and Saturdays as needed.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills and basic math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment in the Dry Cleaning Plant (presses, garment finishing equipment).
• Handle and sort cleaned garments.
• Report breakdowns and maintenance needs to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work in all areas of production as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
