Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure consistent store operations. You will process freight, replenish inventory, and support omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers and upholding Kohl’s standards.

The role emphasizes flexibility with hours, participation in training for new hires, and adherence to safety policies. No prior retail experience is required, with a pay range of $17.00-$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading shipments and stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as needed based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Support training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity standards.
