Job summary

Kohl’s in New Jersey is seeking an energetic associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations. You will process freight, replenish inventory, and assist with omni-channel fulfillment to keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with products and services while following Kohl’s brand standards. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is required; prior retail experience is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Support product protection standards.
• Assist in training new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and store procedures.
