Job summary

Kohl’s in Thousand Oaks, CA is hiring to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock and fulfill omni-channel orders while engaging shoppers.

You’ll greet customers, assist with products, support training, and follow safety and brand standards. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive hourly range and benefits; prior retail experience is not required, but reliability and flexibility are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership

Pay Range

Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00
