Job summary

Kohl's in Fullerton, California is hiring associates to deliver excellent customer service and ensure seamless store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock, and fulfill omni-channel orders while engaging customers.

Role requires friendly interaction, adherence to brand standards, and availability on various shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will be provided and growth opportunities exist within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership

Pay Range

Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00
