Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk in Cincinnati to deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, and maintain appealing displays in Fresh departments.

You will build connections with customers and teammates, help locate items, stock and rotate products, and use store technology to perform tasks accurately. Follow safety standards across multiple departments and support shop operations.

What You'll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and wellrun store experience within our Fresh departments.

You'll:

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
