Description

We are always looking for good employees!

Join our team as a Seasonal Truck Driver and help with spring operations by driving a semi or straight truck to deliver products to the field. Our busy spring season usually runs from April to mid-July. Hours can be flexible, and you must be 18 years or older.

Requirements

1. A Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a valid DOT health card.
2. Candidates must pass a preemployment drug test.
3. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. While hours can be flexible, we prefer the ability to work extended hours during the busy season.
6. Repetitive heavy lifting (55 pounds).

Preferred qualifications:

1. A seasonal (180 day) CDL may be sufficient in certain circumstances.
2. Basic product knowledge to identify and load correctly.
3. A tanker and/or HazMat endorsement to haul certain products.

The starting pay range for this position is $21.00 to $22.50 per hour with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), depending on job-related skills and experience.

Temporary employees are eligible to join the 401(k) retirement plan and receive an employer match of up to 4%, with an additional match based on years of service. Employees in this position will earn Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) after working 30 hours per week.
