Job description

Join our team as a Seasonal Truck Driver at Ag Partners and support spring operations by driving semi or straight trucks to deliver products to the field. The busy spring season typically runs from April to mid-July. Hours are flexible, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• A Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a valid DOT health card.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak season.
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (55 pounds).

Preferred Qualifications

• A seasonal (180-day) CDL may suffice in some cases.
• Basic product knowledge for identification and loading.
• Tankers and/or HazMat endorsements for specific product hauling.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $22.50 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Temporary employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan with up to 4% employer match and accrue Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) after 30 hours per week.
