Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Seasonal Team Lead for the Retail Activations Team. Based in Orlando preferred, this role requires frequent travel to pop-up locations nationwide and leads on-site event setup, logistics, merchandising, and customer experience.

The position is part-time and seasonal, running from October 2026 through May 2027. Expect 40+ hours per event weekend with shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM and travel across weekends.

Qualifications

• Lead on-site event setup and teardown, including truck loading/unloading and layout execution.
• Monitor event flow and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure successful activation.
• Ensure smooth execution of merchandising & inventory management.
• Experience with event planning or coordination required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends or evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-event planning efforts including logistics coordination, inventory checks, and reviewing setup documentation.
• Lead on-site event setup and teardown, including truck loading/unloading and layout execution.
• Monitor event flow and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure successful activation.
• Ensure smooth execution of merchandising & inventory management.
• Manage event materials, merchandising setup, and back-of-house organization.
• Oversee inventory handling and coordinate delivery and placement of all assets.
• Ensure all resources are accounted for and properly returned post-event.
• Guide and motivate on-site team to meet sales and service goals.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through product knowledge and engagement.
• Act as the on-site lead, modeling professionalism, accountability, and brand values.
