Job summary

Fabletics OS seeks a Traveling Seasonal Team Lead for its Retail Activations Team, based in Atlanta with ~80% travel to events nationwide. This part-time seasonal role runs Oct 2026–May 2027, with 40+ hours per event weekend and shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM.

You will lead on-site logistics, merchandising, and customer experiences across activations. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of leadership in events or retail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coach

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in events or retail.
• Experience with event planning or coordination required.
• Ability to manage, coach, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution: Support pre-event logistics, inventory checks, and setup documentation; lead on-site setup/teardown; monitor event flow and resolve issues.
• Operations & Logistics: Manage event materials, merchandising setup, inventory handling, and asset placement; ensure resources are returned post-event.
• Team Leadership & Customer Experience: Guide on-site team to meet sales/service goals; deliver high-quality customer experiences; model professionalism and brand values.
