Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a personable Front Entrance Assistant to provide courteous guest service at the main entrance. You will assist guests, manage parking-related inquiries, and support safety and operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and clear communication. Pay is $20 per hour, with opportunities to engage in special events and collaborate with resort staff across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in high stress public interactions is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the front entrance as assigned.
• Assist with parking check-in and pay parking operations.
• Control access for deliveries, shuttles, and emergency vehicles.
• Operate gates and monitor pay kiosks.
• Record license plates for season pass holders and vendors.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and signage around the hut and gates.
• Assist guests with directions and information in a friendly manner.
• Report unsafe conditions and resolve conflicts as needed.
