R.D. Offutt Farms in Minnesota is seeking a Seasonal Tractor Operator to drive tractors and complete daily field production tasks. The role supports independent work and team collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery, tractor, or other farm equipment preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work outside and meet physical requirements.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on equipment
• Follow tasks and directions given by crew leader
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members
• Assist in the maintenance of buildings and equipment ensuring they are in appropriate condition
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook
• Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of R.D. Offutt Farms
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
