Job summary

Mattel Retail Services is seeking a Seasonal Team Associate to support major retailers during the holiday season. You will partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative and work a minimum of 15 hours per week, focusing on merchandising, product placement, and driving results.

This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow in merchandising roles while representing iconic brands such as Barbie, Fisher-Price, and Hot Wheels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access Mattel.okta.com for time entries, email and Workday.
• Reliable internet and transportation to travel to and between stores.
• Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador and merchandising Mattel brands.
• Secure prime product placements with Mattel Representatives.
• Coordinate monthly scheduling with lead Mattel Representative.
• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and stock on sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures (shelving, racks).
• Implement point-of-purchase materials and store events.
• Handle administrative tasks including time entry, meetings, and trainings.
