This fast-paced, team-oriented role emphasizes a customer-first mindset and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license
• Experience in tire services or automotive repair preferred

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's quality and safety standards
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
