Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a Seasonal Terrain Park Attendant to maintain the terrain park, shape features, and ensure guest safety at Snowshoe, WV. The role may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position pays $15.00 per hour with on-mountain housing and benefits including medical coverage, 401k, and apparel discounts. A High School Diploma or GED and expert skiing/snowboarding ability to ride the park are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be an expert skier/snowboarder and able to ride the terrain park.
• Knowledge of terrain park operations and construction is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with shaping Terrain Park features and communicate with the Terrain Park Manager to ensure a quality terrain park.
• Ensure guest safety and educate park users on proper usage and etiquette.
• Maintain safety of Terrain Park features by shoveling, salting, opening and closing features as needed.
• Ensure the completion of the Terrain Park Log in a professional manner.
• Test features throughout the day for proper construction and document maintenance.
• Maintain park grounds and facilities, keep areas neat, and enforce music/volume policies.
• Assist with contests by setting up/taking down fencing, judging areas and banners.
• Act as a judge or course official, recording results and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain presence at Races and Events and support the events team.
