Job Title: Seasonal - Temporary Leasing Consultant

Sage Apartments is seeking a Seasonal - Temporary Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 294-unit mixed-use high-rise community in Arlington, VA - National Landing.

Responsibilities include:

1. Tour prospective residents and lease apartments.
2. Answer leasing calls and respond to online inquiries.
3. Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
4. Resolve resident issues or concerns.
5. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests.
6. Market the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.

Qualifications:

1. 1 to 3 years' experience in Property Management, with high-rise lease-up experience preferred.
2. Knowledge of Yardi Software; LRO knowledge is a plus.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Availability to work most weekends (with 2 days off during the week) and during inclement weather.
