Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate in Heath, OH. You’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting our stores, trained to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet individual needs.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and support in-store pickup and curbside orders while maintaining knowledge through ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
