Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services. You will learn and confidently recommend solutions tailored to each customer's needs, delivering a friendly shopping experience.

You will demonstrate products, answer questions, handle cashier duties, and support in-store pickups and curbside orders. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
