Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an Occasional-Seasonal Installation Helper to support delivery, installation and haul-away of consumer electronics at customers' homes. You will work with a team to ensure a seamless client experience and may advise on product placement and related services.

Responsibilities include inventory management, processing paperwork, and aiding in in-home repairs when needed. Must be at least 18 and capable of lifting up to 75 pounds (150 pounds with team).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices at customers' homes.
• Advise on product placement and provide recommendations on products, services and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
• Provide feedback and training to store teams and complete in-store repairs.
