Job summary

Rally House in Minnesota is seeking a Teammate for a temporary seasonal role to deliver a welcoming, energetic shopping experience. You will help with sales, merchandising, and daily store operations while showing initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rally House values with positive teamwork and engagement with peers.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time following playbooks, loss prevention and safety guidelines.
• Execute merchandising tasks (folding, hanging, replenishment, recovery) and support floor moves.
• Maintain clean, organized fixtures and back-of-house areas.
• Deliver a welcoming, energetic customer experience using the Party model and resolve basic issues, escalating when needed.
