Rally House is seeking a Teammate for a temporary seasonal role in Kalamazoo, MI. You will help create a welcoming store environment, engage guests, and complete daily tasks with energy and care.

You will support sales, merchandising, and operations through teamwork and initiative, while following playbooks and safety guidelines. Must be 16+ with customer-facing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
