Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery, and their personalities set us apart from the competition. And of course, our bagels!

A day in the life of a Team Member

Our Team Members ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in. We’re looking for true brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating positive guest experiences. Our teams pride themselves on providing excellent service by ensuring the quality of our food and beverages and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years old or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service is a plus but not required
• Schedules may vary based on operational needs
• Employment contingent on business needs and performance
