Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Spokane is hiring a Seasonal Team Member to assist customers, keep the store welcoming, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and participate in merchandising duties.

This part-time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and early mornings, with opportunities to learn about rewards programs and omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising as directed.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollment, and support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
