Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Lake Stevens, WA is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and run planograms while maintaining store recovery. You’ll support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and promote the Rewards program. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and provide solutions to customers.
• Interact with customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll where applicable.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) as needed.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes; maintain in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies; uphold brand values.
