Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. Their personalities set us apart from the competition. Oh, and our bagels – let’s not forget about those!

What’s a day in the life of a Team Member?
Our Team Members ensure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. We seek true brand ambassadors who are excited to promote the company by creating a positive guest experience. Our teams take pride in providing excellent guest service by maintaining food and beverage quality and keeping a safe, clean store environment. What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service is a plus but not required
• Work schedules will vary based on operational needs
• Employment contingent on business needs and performance
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

The physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be accommodated with reasonable adjustments.
