Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a store position in Harrisonburg, VA. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and locate products. You’ll ensure a fast, friendly checkout and perform truck unloading and merchandising duties to maintain brand standards.

Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

Total Base Pay Range For This Position

$12.77 - $15.00

This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
