Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery; their personalities set us apart from the competition. And of course, our bagels!

What’s a day in the life of a Team Member?

Our Team Members ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in. We seek true brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating positive guest experiences. Our team takes pride in providing excellent service by ensuring food and beverage quality and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required
• Work schedules vary based on operational needs
• Employment contingent on business needs and performance

• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

Location: Shops at Fairlawn, 3737 W Market St Unit C, Fairlawn, Ohio 44333

Hourly Rate: $11.00 - $17.60 per hour

*Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
