The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a fast-paced retail setting, a proven track record of staff development, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Strong customer service focus is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
• Physical ability to stock shelves, ring sales, stand or walk the shift and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
