Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance at our Washington area facility. You will supervise, train, develop, and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and local requirements.

You will cultivate strong relationships across levels, manage resources for efficiency, and promote continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent (preferred)
• Management experience (preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, and coaching for department personnel.
• Ensures employees adhere to safety policies at all times.
