Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance, developing workgroups to achieve high standards of productivity and accuracy. The role emphasizes effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration with various levels of personnel.

Responsibilities include training, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulations, while fostering a proactive, team-oriented environment at the facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and develops workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Fosters a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Ensures compliance with policies and government requirements.
• Provides coaching and development plans for department personnel.
