Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Team Lead to join our Fort Worth store. You will serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, drive sales, organize merchandise, and oversee shipments while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

This role includes a monthly bonus program, employee discount, and eligibility for benefits. You will train and coach team members, uphold store standards, and exemplify the Clarks brand in customer interactions and loss prevention

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales.
• Attention to merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
• Practice impeccable customer service and upsell when appropriate.
• Follow policies on loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
