Job summary

Walmart is seeking a seasonal, part-time associate in Houma, LA to move the majority of seasonal merchandise within the store during peak periods. You will contribute to smooth operations and guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires basic product knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and merchandising acumen. Shifts include mid-shift and closing, with compensation comprising hourly wages plus performance incentives and a broad benefits program.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
