Job summary

Sikich LLC is seeking a Seasonal Tax Scanner for on-site work across Naperville and other Midwest locations. You will organize and scan client tax return documentation, and help move items through the tax workflow with accuracy.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in high school or an undergraduate program, capable of working in teams, and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Primary duties require in-office presence and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Enrolled in a high school or undergraduate program and pursuing accounting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proven ability to follow directions and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Organize and scan client tax return documentation.
• File and organize client work papers.
• Ensure tax returns are routed to the next step in the tax workflow software.
• Communicate issues with tax or administrative teams.
• Ability to be in office.
