• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
