HR Block is seeking an Experienced Tax Professional for the Boise area to prepare accurate returns and deliver dedicated client service. You will interview clients, assess their financial situations, and offer personalized tax guidance while leveraging our training and technology.

In-person office-based role with an incentive plan and competitive hourly pay. You will collaborate with a supportive team in a busy tax office, expanding your tax knowledge and serving a diverse client base throughout

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of tax-related experience in preparation or advisory roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients in plain language.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance for individual and business returns.
• Maintain IRS/state requirements and complete required education.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations, including individual and business returns
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations, life changes, and tax implications — then provide clear, personalized recommendations
• Build trusted client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment
