Qualifications

• Completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1+ year in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, incl. individual & business returns.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide personalized tax-saving recommendations and product options.
• Offer IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
