Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS and state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
