You will prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses, conduct in-depth client interviews, and provide personalized recommendations to maximize savings. You will deliver empathetic, consultative service, uncover opportunities, and support clients through IRS notices with guidance from our industry-leading training and technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language and complete continuing education per IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities
