Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to work at a Walmart kiosk location. You will interview clients one-on-one, answer questions from walk-ins, and proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.

Training will be provided, and you’ll use basic computer skills while learning tax concepts. Enjoy the camaraderie of a team and the autonomy of helping clients with their taxes in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations.
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees.
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Utilize basic computer skills.
• Be supported by leadership and experienced preparers, ensuring you're never alone.
• Balance teamwork with autonomy to serve clients efficiently.
