H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional who helps clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence.

You will prepare accurate returns, uncover savings opportunities, and build lasting client relationships, backed by industry-leading training and technology, a competitive hourly rate, and an incentive plan that rewards your impact as you build your tax expertise and serve clients. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office.

Competenze

1+ year of experience in tax preparation or related fields, including individual and business returns.
Must have client-facing, consultative or advisory experience.
Must complete continuing education and IRS/state requirements; high school diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

Prepare complete tax returns for clients with complex situations.
Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess tax implications and provide recommendations.
Deliver personalized tax savings recommendations and H&R Block product options.
Provide IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office environment.
