You will prepare accurate returns for individuals and small businesses, conduct client interviews, and deliver personalized recommendations in a friendly, consultative manner. This in-person role offers industry-leading training, access to advanced tax software, and an incentive plan that rewards impact.

Formación

  • Completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or enrollment completed.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
  • Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
  • Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
  • Identify tax savings opportunities and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office environment.
