Qualificações

• Must pass the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for diverse situations (individual and business).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities and eligible products.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
