Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse, complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications and provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment
