Jackson Hewitt is seeking an Experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to help clients maximize refunds during the busy tax season. You will prepare federal and state returns, identify deductions and credits, and deliver outstanding service using our proprietary software.

Flexible part-time and full-time seasonal roles are available with competitive hourly pay, plus benefits like telemedicine access and training opportunities. Training provided to support success.

Qualifications

• At least one season of professional tax preparation experience; two or more preferred.
• Knowledge of individual federal and state income tax returns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). We can assist with the application or renewal process.
