Responsibilities

• Calculate tax liabilities and refunds and apply deductions, credits, or exemptions that may be applicable to the taxpayer's situation.
• Collect and organize tax-related documents and enter data into tax preparation software.
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on tax-related matters; record billable time in the billing system.
