H&R Block is seeking an Experienced Tax Professional for a seasonal, in-person role at a local tax office. You will prepare accurate returns for individuals and businesses, conduct client interviews, and deliver personalized advice while helping clients save on taxes and use H&R Block products.

You will provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed, building lasting client relationships in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields; individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
