• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements and licensure if applicable
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations (individual and business)
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and life changes; provide personalized recommendations
• Build trusted relationships through empathetic, consultative service and identify tax savings opportunities
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed
