H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns for individuals and businesses, interviewing clients to tailor guidance and savings opportunities. You’ll deliver empathetic, consultative service and support clients through tax notices, audits, and related inquiries.

This in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office emphasizes teamwork, knowledge sharing, and a high-performing, client-focused culture with competitive pay and incentives.

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
