This in-person role offers a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan, with room to grow in tax services. Qualifications include 1 year tax experience, client-facing advisory skills, and compliance with IRS/state CE requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
